全玻璃不對(duì)稱立面—— 多功能商業(yè)綜合體

SPEECH已為俄羅斯莫斯科世界貿(mào)易中心（WTC）設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)新方案，該中心最初建于1980年，是規(guī)模最大，歷史最悠久的多功能商業(yè)綜合體之一。

新的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為城市天際線引入了兩個(gè)玻璃體量，其中包括辦公，咖啡館和零售空間等多功能設(shè)施。

SPEECH has designed a proposal for the World Trade Centre (WTC), in Moscow, Russia, one of the largest and oldest mixed-use business complexes built initially in 1980. The suggested project introduces two glass blocks to the city’s skyline, featuring mixed-use functions such as offices, cafes, and shops.

 

 

 

由Sergei Tchoban領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的SPEECH在俄羅斯莫斯科的世界貿(mào)易中心建造了新的建筑。世界貿(mào)易中心（WTC）位于市中心，是一個(gè)為外國(guó)公司設(shè)立代表處的商務(wù)中心，是在蘇聯(lián)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)增長(zhǎng)時(shí)期建立的。

隨著未來幾年的擴(kuò)展，包括新的增加部分，SPEECH設(shè)想了一個(gè)項(xiàng)目，將兩個(gè)帶有全玻璃不對(duì)稱立面的大型水晶體放置到此處。

SPEECH, led by Sergei Tchoban, has proposed new buildings at the World Trade Centre in Moscow, Russia. Located at the center of the city, the WTC is a business center accommodating representative offices for foreign companies, built during a period of growth in the USSR’s foreign economic activity. As it expands in the upcoming years to include new additions, SPEECH has imagined a project that puts in place two blocks with all-glass asymmetrical facades in the form of large crystal facets.

 

 

 

第一棟57米，12層的建筑俯瞰Mantulinskaya Ulitsa，而第二棟200米，44層的高層建筑具有復(fù)雜的雕塑造型，面向Ulitsa 1905 Goda和帶有噴泉的廣場(chǎng)。

The first 57 meters, 12-story building overlooks Mantulinskaya Ulitsa, while the second, a 200 meters and 44-story high building, takes on a complex sculptural shape and faces Ulitsa 1905 Goda and the square with the Hermes fountain.

 

 

 

這座摩天大樓的建筑面積為62,000平方米，其底部幾層設(shè)有咖啡館和零售空間，均為公共功能。塔樓的其余部分作為辦公空間，并在頂層設(shè)有觀景臺(tái)和天文臺(tái)。

The skyscraper with a floor area of 62,000 square meters, holds public functions on its first few floors, including cafes and shops. The rest of the tower generates office spaces and features a viewing platform and observatory at the top.

 

 

 

SPEECH負(fù)責(zé)人Sergei Tchoban表示，該建筑的體量是為了適應(yīng)Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya現(xiàn)有開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的總體布局，特征和立面線而設(shè)計(jì)。此外，在整個(gè)建筑旁設(shè)有公共長(zhǎng)廊區(qū)，強(qiáng)調(diào)了城市肌理的融合，并創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)新的城市廣場(chǎng)。

Tailored to fit the overall arrangement, character, and facade line of the existing development on Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya, the buildings’ volumes and height blend in with the context, according to Sergei Tchoban, head of SPEECH. In addition, a public promenade zone alongside the entire building, emphasizes this integration within the fabric of the city and creates a new urban square.
